Monkey Caves

Back at the Cafe you get a call from Apple Kid who has a new invention.

He is sending it via Escargo Express, Neglected Class.

Immediately after the monkey leaves, Escargo Express shows up just to tell you he just came from Dusty Dunes and that he forgot to bring the package.

THEN, a maid from the Monotoli building shows up and asks you about this trout-flavored yogurt she heard you talking about.

She will ask you to let her know if you know anything about it to tell her.

Go back to the Dusty Dunes Desert Drug Store.

Make sure you clear out your inventory as much as possible.

This is where you'll want to have the Pencil Eraser handy also. If Paula had it before she was kidnapped you can get it from Escargo Express.

Once you've freed up some space in your inventory, inside the Drug Store pick up a Picnic lunch and Skip sandwich.

Go to the hole north of the Drug Store.

What comes next is a series of trades that you'll make in exchange for the Monkey's moving out of the way of different tunnel entrances.

Use MAP 2 in order to plan our your route and find where you can find the items needed to make it through the caves.

Just past the monkey that asks for the Picnic Lunch, there is a Pizza. Go to the very next room and give that Pizza to the monkey Monkanna. There is ANOTHER Pizza in the rooms past Monkanna. If you give the first Pizza to the wrong monkey, you'll have to go all the way back out of the caves and order a pizza from Mach Pizza by calling on the pay phone.

There are a LOT of very good items in the caves so make sure you try to reach every room.

Just before the final room you'll find another Pencil Statue. Now is when you'll need the Pencil Eraser.

In the last room you'll find Talah Rama.

He has two things he wants to give you. The Yogurt Dispenser and a special skill that will allow you to move through space.

Outside you'll find a monkey waiting to teach you Teleportation.

He asks you to follow him down to the road.

There he will demonstrate and then ask you to try it yourself.

One of the first things you may want to do is go back to Winters and grab a T-rex's bat if you don't already have one.
